Shipping & Handling

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after your payment has cleared. Orders shipped via Standard will arrive anywhere from 4-6 business days after the order has shipped. Please note BG Wireless does not ship on weekends and we do not offer Saturday, Sunday or holiday delivery.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive notification that your order has been sent in accordance with your selected shipping option. We will also include delivery and tracking confirmation in this email which accesses the Postal Services database

 

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BG Wireless be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages, to property or life, whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of its products.

Return & Exchange

How to Return an Item 


Step 1: To start your return process, please contact us using the contact page or email us at bgwireless19@gmail.com When contacting us please include your original date of purchase, description of an item you purchased, email address, and reason for return. 


Step 2: Return your items to our store location if possible. You may use any trackable shipping method to return your items. You may use USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any other carrier you wish. Return shipping charges are paid by the customer. 


Step 3: Once your return has been received by our returns center, please allow up to seven days for your cashback refund to be processed.

Return Policy: 


Unused items may be returned within 30 days of your purchase date for a cashback refund or exchange. For any items with an existing defect or damage upon arrival, you must attach a description of the issue, as well as photos of any reported damage on the item. Failure to attach this to your request could result in a delay in the return process as we will contact you for that information prior to approval.

Non-Returnable Items: 


Due to sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns for Bluetooth headsets & earphones, Microphones, Screen/electronic cleaning products, Liquid screens.

Refund of payment: 


You will receive a refund for your order in the same method of payment you used to pay for your order. It can take between 5-7 business days for the return process.  Any and all shipping charges paid during your purchase are non-refundable. BG Wireless accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal

You must return an item in the same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way. Any returns received that do not meet these specifications will not receive a refund for the order.
